How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription or services at any time by:

Please include your account email and any relevant subscription or order details in your cancellation request.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Once your cancellation request is processed:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to paid features until the billing period ends
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation is confirmed
  • Your account will revert to free tier access (if available) after the billing period ends

Prorated Refunds

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. For refund eligibility on recent purchases, please refer to our Refund & Dispute Policy.

Data Retention

After cancellation, we may retain your account data for a limited period in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us at info@symbiocore.ai.

Reactivation

If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or signing up again through our platform.
